Item 1 - Notice is hereby given that the County Judge has called a special meeting of Commissioners Court at the
request of Jack Morman, Commissioner Precinct Two November 24, 2014, at 11:00 AM to go into Executive Session
pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code, to discuss the appointment of an individual to fill the vacancy of the
Office of Constable, Precinct Six, for the remaining balance of the unexpired term, and for the court to take appropriate
action upon return to open session. Approval of Oath of Office and associated bond will be necessary.

Item 2 - Additionally, Commissioners Court will consider Notification of Election and request for approval of the Early Voting Locations and Election Day Polling Locations for Saturday, December 6, 2014 Special Election to fill a vacancy for State Senate District 18 previously held by the Honorable Glenn Hegar, Jr. and any appointments necessarily associated with the Election.
