Public Hearing The following proposed 2015 tax rates were discussed by the court on September 29, 2015, and public hearings necessary for Harris County, Flood Control District, and the Hospital District rates were held on October 13 and 16, 2015. The court instructed that at each hearing the total rates for all four taxing entities be shown on each agenda. The court will adopt the final schedule of tax rates on October 23, 2015.
