Public Hearings

Recommendation by the Office of the County Engineer for a public hearing to determine
whether a portion of Harris County Deputy Darren Goforth Park on Horsepen Creek in
Precinct 3 should be conveyed to Magellan Pipeline Company, LP, for pipeline and
temporary workspace easements, and approval of an order after a determination has been
made as to the best public use for the property.
